The rods go through precision milling and processing, followed by hard surface chromium treatment, resulting in a surface precision level of f8 and surface hardening of HV850 min. and above. This not only enhances wear resistance, but also extends the rod's lifespan

This Cylinder & Piston HT1 product features a Centrifugally Cast Cylinder Liner, machined with precision and made with FG220/ASTM material that includes Chromium and Nickel elements. Every batch undergoes thorough microstructure and chemical composition analysis, while the cylinder liner bore is finely plateau honed. The honing angle and structure are randomly inspected, alongside tensile strength and profiles. In addition, all finished cylinder liners undergo a 100% dimensional inspection.
