Centrifugally cast cylinder liners are expertly machined, utilizing FG220/ASTM material with Chromium and Nickel elements. Each batch undergoes thorough microstructure and chemical composition analysis. The cylinder liner bore is finely plateau honed, and honing angle and structure are randomly inspected. Additionally, tensile strength and profiles are randomly checked, along with a 100% dimensional inspection of finished cylinder liners.
